The Northam Race Club generally race’s on Thursdays from May to November, with Feature Race Days throughout the year. Below is the full upcoming Race Schedule for Northam.

Stakes Day
Sunday 1st May
Free Entry. Free kids entertainment and rides from 12-4pm. Design our race book cover and win a FREE push bike from The Bike Shop@AVC.
WA Day
Monday 6th June
Bring the kids along for a great day at the races with active games. Free face painting. Free entry. Gates open at 11am with tote and full bar facilities.
Christmas in July
Thursday 14th July
Join us for our Long Table Christmas Luncheon. The luncheon will be held in our members area overlooking the track. Book Early!
Kids Big Day Out
Monday 26th September
A great day out with the kids at the races. There will be free rides and entertainment from 12-4pm. Plus there’s a chance to win a free bike from The Bike Shop @AVC.
Sunday Session
Sunday 2nd October
Join us for the Gannon’s Spring Sunday Session with Edona Heartland performing LIVE! DeBortoli wine tasting and Pop Up Cocktail bar.
Northam Cup
Sunday 23rd October
Avon Valley Toyota Fashions on the Field. Marquee Packages, Cable Drum Packages and Final Furlong Marquee packages. Live band after the last race.

The Club hosts approximately 22 race meetings per year from May to December. The majority of race dates are held midweek on either Wednesday or Thursday. There are five feature weekend race meetings throughout the year that are abundant with on-course entertainment, fashions and of course some of WA’s best galloping action on the track.
